Why didn't Matt Hogan (.317 / .457 / .656 / 19 HR at Oral Roberts) or Gavin Casas (.259 / .407 / .569 / 19 HR at South Carolina) get the call? I suppose Casas and Parker Noland will platoon at first base once again.

Casas announced just before the draft that he was returning to SC. Good question about Hogan, though.
