So sayeth one Twitter report. Was a four-star high school linebacker in high school in east Tennessee.

Also, he probably committed to Notre Dame in 2020 thinking he was going to play LB under Coach Lea.

Hope so!
We could use a good linebacker from Jonesborough!
Also... any high school football player who left Washington County to play at Notre Dame is special in many ways.

CCL isn't the only VU coach he has a connection with. From the article that Auric linked above - "He disseminated updates to then-Notre Dame defensive coordinator Clark Lea and graduate assistant Nick Lezynski, who Ramsey formed relationships with while the Irish pursued Kollie as a prospect."

More evidence of this football staff having their act together. Maybe we should give him a basketball scholarship to play football.
