lighten up Francis(es). There is a greater percentage than 5.8% who in our defeatist minds, already have him packed up and gone to Detroit. If he was one of 7 known candidates, that puts his chances at 14.3% of leaving. Throw in the unknown candidates, and your probability goes down.

I myself will admit to being one of those freaking out, especially with the dearth of transfer portal news.

I think you need to stop taking things so seriously - what he said is no big deal. It’s also not a bad thing that recruits know that Pistons interested in him as a coach.

I think Stack is going to speak his mind and what he thinks is the truth regardless what we think. I think he probably does that behind the scenes as well to the players which may be why we have seen some (Shelby, Stute, Thomas) transfer.

Contrary to some, I think the tweet he sent out is actually good. Starting with beguilement (a real Vanderbilt word) that translated means "distraction." All the talk by the 95% and especially the 5% are distractions. Let us hope he stays and recruits well in the portal. This has become quite the beguilement.

I hope the answer is "no." He's not here to be the best friend of every sports fan in town. He's here to coach the basketball team and be a good scandal-free representative of Vanderbilt University.

Um, its the coach (who I root for) who fears that the fans might not like him. There is a small percentage of every fan base in America that does not like their coach.
