In terms of innings, it tied the record set against Louisville in 2010.
I'm guessing due to the lack of runs it didn't break the record for longest running time of a game. I would also assume that those game records are pretty spotty in terms of accuracy or detail.

The Louisville game was definitely longer in duration.
I drove from Louisville to Nashville with a bag of used clothes for the flood victims. When the game had not ended through nine innings, I headed home.
(Crappy radio station tapped out before I got to White House.)
Turned on TV or online video (forget what they had back then) when I got home … in time to see the end.
