So it has now been 48 hours and now I can comment on the game more peacefully......
1) ut was #130 in pass defense and that is near the bottom of the NCAA. Why cannot our coaches see this as a point to exploit. I would have started AJ all day long with this fact alone. Gave us best chance to win!
2) When it was apparent that Wright could not complete a pass against this poor defense for more than 5-10 yds, we should have given a passing QB early in first half if the coaches did not know to do it before game.
3) Was it just me or did we have a LOT of pass interference calls.....seemed like back killers.
4) I feel that all momentum made in UK and UF games was lost with this blowout!
5) Coach L will be known as Cinco until he can prove otherwise.
6) Did Ken Seals piss the coaches off? Kid is not getting a chance to succeed!

Re: ut Game post Game Analysis
I didn't see any of our receivers getting particularly open against the 130th rated pass defense.

on TV I would say it was about 60:40 UT, but I was not in person. The student section was empty and not full of UT so that was good. The West Side was mostly VU but the East side most UT - all by my TV observations.Charlie Nickens wrote: ↑Tue Nov 29, 2022 10:47 am I didn't want to give this its own thread, but what was the crowd split? 80-20 or worse?

I was there and I'd say 60/40 was about right. Wasn't as bad as I'd feared.charlestonalum wrote: ↑Tue Nov 29, 2022 3:19 pm

Regardless, I'm glad I left at halftime.

I stayed until the bitter end.
Midway through the third quarter, I told my wife that we would leave as soon as Vanderbilt scored.
