Thanks. They had enough older players, some really good hitters and pitching came along. Nice to see a coach with 22 years at it finally win, and got to say, it is nice to see State see their rival do what they did to us last year. It was quite the cinderalla story: last one in is the last one standing. Should have put some money on my gut feeling.

Without a 3rd place game - the team the Champion (Ole Miss) beat in the semi's to get to the championship series would be the hypothetical 3rd place finisher ..... so it's ARKANSAS.

Great to hear from you. I’ve never really researched the validity of our FB Naty claims. Going to put that on my to do list.
You may recall a story that I was able to get published in a regional history magazine Titled “Vols v Vandy a 1918 Game.” (We claim we won 70-0. UT says they didn’t field a team that year)
