Well, apparently Scotty's comment that Alabama was beatable has fired up the fan base. It was the headline on sports tonight. I have heard from two friends who are now predicting a "beatdown." I pointed out to each that bammer has, in fact, lost 12 games which proves they are beatable. First it was our football player saying "bring on Bama" and now this. Difference is, their football team was the best in the country. The basketball team is not.

If Bama needs bulletin board material to get up for us, we are in better shape than I thought. Let's see what happens.

let's go. Take care of the ball, limit turnovers, take good shots, set our D. I like our chances. We did it yesterday. Can we do it today?

3 offensive rebounds is not what I want to see.

Refs starting off well…
3 “fouls” in a minute and a half

What do they want for a foul on the shot attempt. Stute knocked to the ground

We always struggle with "hyper" aggressive D. Coach needs to settle them and draw up some plays.

at this point. Refs are letting it play, no blood no foul. We will really need to get tough and play 5 seconds after any whistle

Bama seems quicker to all contested balls

Their size, physicality, and quickness are really disrupting our play. They're also getting away with a lot of contact. If we don't adjust or they don't tire, it's going to get ugly.

And no call on the elbow grab for Pippen. I hate refs. A lot.
Edit: or maybe I hate how dirty the college game is called more often than not nowadays. No finesse. Just hack the shit out of your opponent every play knowing the refs probably won’t call them all. Just not enjoyable to watch.

When did cradling the ball and resuming a dribble stop being a double dribble?
