He's an elite QB who has a reputation of being uncoachable. Jordan Rodgers even said that in a live broadcast once when Malzahn was still there. Was likely Finley was going to beat him out next year as coaches want the guy the team rallies around. Maybe he'll change his approach at the next stop, take in some coaching, and reach his full potential.
