With the Mississippi win, Vandy beat every team in the SEC at least once during the season. Has this ever been done before since expansion to 14 teams?

Yes - the board reflected on this possibility before the tourney - but it is a difficult feat to play every team -
let alone beat every team. But we pulled it off.

And I don't know the answer to your question - but I really can't imagine any team has done it? Things have to break perfectly in the tourney for you to play the three "other division" teams you missed in the season - and then you have to beat them...
