florida brewing something. 2 on, Moore out, Cunningham in. Hold your breath.
Cunny did good! Makeshift pitching has been very good thru 14 innings this week. Also, I noted Owen dancing out of the dugout to greet Cunny after that huge K...maybe he isn't hurt. Fingers crossed
I guess you can dance with 1 arm. So no I don’t find that all that encouraging,

8 LOB through 6.
Not great - but good to have that many base runners against a good pitcher.

Owen came out a little iffy - but got things together nicely. If he is healthy, he clearly needed the work and benefited from it.
Horn came in and did ok in a high pressure situation. Coach pulled him at a wise time. And Cunningham has faced 4 and k’ed 4. Through 6, we have accomplished good things.
Would like to see EBJ get on and Schreck swing for a single and bring him around…

Well, he let a fastball down the middle go by - but doubled opposite field on the next pitch.
Runners at 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs.
Bats are awake. But need to execute with RISP.

I get that, but if he's hurt I suspect Corbs would have him shut down from doing anything, plus there was no ice or such on his shoulder. That was my frame of reference.

Too many runners LOB tonight. 9 hits and only 2 runs. Will be a miracle win.

I’m not wild about having Bulger and LaNeve batting back to back. Both big swingers - often up when we need contact.
Bulger needed to look for contact there - really didn’t come close: let pitches down the middle go by and swung wildly at bad ones.
Ump suddenly squeezing Cunningham.
