We may have set our season record for fly ball outs tonight.

We didn’t strike out much - but we really had a lot of unfocused disappointing at bats. Not much else you can say.

Moore was our star of the game. But he came in already down 4. A gritty performance by him.

Too many missed opportunities. Two more charged balls after Maldo made it interesting, but not enough juice. Too little too late. So many runners LOB.

Yeeeeeah…I think they’re done. So hard to come out of the losers bracket. Not impossible, but winning TWO tomorrow and a third on Monday will be extremely difficult.

What’s really hard to take is that Vols have a pretty clean shot to get to the CWS. Win the regional and they will be hosting Penn or Southern Miss in Super.

Tough loss…but haven’t we come back in a similar situation in the last 10 years…

Southern Miss is ranked higher than UT. Why wouldn’t they get a super?

I may have it wrong but if you win the higher ranked regional don’t you get the super?

We need our bats to come alive against Xavier. Get a big lead so we can cruise and not destroy our pitching, what we have left of it.

Weather could be a factor. 50% chance of thunderstorms from 2pm-8pm. Would love to beat Xavier then have a weather delay that forces a potential doubleheader Monday.

Except our field is not made of dirt and grass. Isn't it some sort of rayon-polyester blend that wards off rain-outs?

Doesn’t prevent lightning delays
