Chad Bishop leaving VU for Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Post by AuricGoldfinger »

He's been Vanderbilt Athletics' chief storyteller the last three and a half years. He's going to Atlanta to work on the Georgia Tech beat. He'll be missed.

That's a shame he's leaving. He has done a really nice job.

I met him by happenstance at a shopping area at the beach a few summers ago (he saw my national championship shirt and stopped me and asked if I had gone to Omaha - which I hadn't - we also got to talking about Georgia Southern, where he went - as did my daughters) - very nice guy. And I really enjoyed his writing.
