... Christian Moore would be suspended for four games after being ejected from the Vanderbilt game. He sat out the Sunday game but played last night versus Mississippi State.
Is it like MLB whereby a player is suspended for X games, appeals, and has the suspension reduced?

I heard the TV announcers say that too (4 games) but all the news coverage I saw afterward indicated one game.
Anybody know what the rule is?

Yes. Do anything you want, behave like an a$$hat and the SEC will show a total lack of character and give you a slap on the wrist. Very simple rule.FayetteDore wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 1:21 pm I heard the TV announcers say that too (4 games) but all the news coverage I saw afterward indicated one game.

Yet if we beat KY in three walkoff games and after the third 3 students jumped the fence and ran to home, they would make us play Tennessee in Knoxville again next year. Makes so much sense.

Simple answer… Tennessee is back in the mix and Birmingham helped them out.
PS I also heard the same thing when he was ejected last weekend… And said the same thing to a college buddy when I saw him playing last night. Why the hell is he playing?

Could be that the Florida pitcher ...
... who supposedly was suspended for 4 games got dinged worse because he was a starting pitcher who only pitches once per week.
Or it could be that the announcers don't know what they are talking about like those who say a batter "flew out" rather than "flied out" or "hit a fly ball out." And those who continue to use "scuffle" when they should say "struggle," "slump" or "suck."
