PWO Commitment: Jackson Heis 6-3 190 WR Dallas-Highland Park

Dallas-Highland Park is becoming a pipeline for Vandy... Jackson Heis, a senior WR from the private school, has announced he will be attending Vandy in the fall and playing football (presumably as a walk-on; VU can't acknowledge this until he enrolls). Heis had previously announced he would be enrolling at SMU; evidently, that's changed.

Highland Park is the school that is already giving us walk-on QB Brennan Storer for the football team next fall, and Coleson Messer for the basketball team. (Heis also plays basketball.)

Here is some film, and keep in mind the QB in all these highlights (Storer) is headed to Vandy also...

Joe was from Highland Park as were both Steve McCoy and Glenn Watson who were a couple of years behind Joe.
Although HP has the quality of facilities of an expensive private school and the net worth and income of the families who send their kids there are comparable to an elite private school, it is a public school.
