Re: Triple Double
One of the double-figure numbers that was part of Luke's trio of statistics was blocked shots. (Usually the 3 statistics are points, rebounds and assists.)

Re: Triple Double
Granted, that was why I was surprised to see that Luke had a 3x2. I was under the impression that only one was in the program's history. I was darned if I could remember who had it.nyyankeeDore wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 7:29 pmOne of the double-figure numbers that was part of Luke's trio of statistics was blocked shots. Re: Triple Double
Yes, Brad Tinsley was the first. I can’t remember which stat he was waiting on longest. I want to say he sat on nine points for a long time and had already logged the assists and rebounds and finally broke the double-digit mark on points relatively late in the game to everyone’s joy.

Re: Triple Double
Thanks. I was there too just could not remember who did it. When I tried to find the answer it said Luke had one which came as a surprise to me. Again, Luke's was not in the conventual manner but I'll take it.vandylifer wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 7:43 pm Tinsley - Nov 12, 2010 vs Presbyterian (I was there 11pts, 10 rebounds, 10 assists

Re: Triple Double
It was Tinsley, and it was points, rebounds, and assists. CKS ran a play for Tinsley to hit Rod Odom at the top of the key for an assisted 3-ball. It worked, then CKS subbed for Brad, as the game was already decided.UltimateVUFan wrote: ↑Sat Feb 04, 2023 7:44 pm Yes, Brad Tinsley was the first.
