Vanderbilt Recruiting on Twitter reporting cryptic tweets of staff changes upcoming that are “hurtful”. Some speculation that it might be Barton Simmons.

I have to say though, the lifestyle of working in college football is grueling. When you're in it you basically don't see your family from early August until Christmas. Some families are built for that and can withstand it, and some can't. That being said, I could see someone being in this for a couple of years and realizing that its not something they want for their family. Complete reckless speculation by me though.

I would agree. Norval is a good guy, but I’m convinced that our OL is the real MVP and keeping Coach Blazek is much more important.
