I would rather run option repeatedly than straight up the middle repeatedly.
The thing is, eventually our OC needs to realize he doesn’t have to run the obvious repeatedly.
From their end zone, we give a 10 yard cushion for an easy first down?

Again, after spotting 14, we have actually held them. We need to catch this punt…
p.s. we didn’t catch it. And it rolled 20 yards again. Punt returns D- so far today. 2 kicks from the end zone. Neither caught.

Well the first one worked for 20+….
The second one - underthrown to a wide open back. Big mistake. INT.
Can’t blame the playcall. A good throw picks up big yardage…

True. But the LT can't keep backing up on a 3 step drop quick pass. Have to engage to keep the hands down

Wright not bad for a first game....will adjust. He can't run it though every play. Line HAS to start blocking for runners!
