E-mail from Zeppos says tomorrow at 4:30. No earthly idea why they chose that time.EllistonVU wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2019 9:53 pm And when will the trophy party be at the indoor facility this time?

AD Malcolm Turner has some special ideas==or at least new ones=== on how to celebrate our #VandyBoys latest national chip. Apparently will talk to Coach Corbin before any decisions are made....aka west-end parade !!!!----so glad Zeppos is gone and Mr, Turner has his own budget. Fun to find this board (thanks to a classmate!), and look forward to the fall when football starts. Send your money--if you are in position to before Sunday night.
We are building something special, at last. Thanks.

This is almost as much fun as the time that gal moved in down the street back in high school. She looked like a cross between Gidget and the Flying Nun. But now she looks like Forrest Gump's mother. Because that was a long time ago. Her Gidget/Flying Nun days that is. But I assure you she was no nun. If you catch my drift. And if you want to know the rest, that will be posted after our shocking upset win over Georgia in football which I just went on record as guaranteeing. Like Joe Namath did that time. And did you know that except for a couple of seasons, he was awful in pro football. Finished with more interceptions than touchdowns. Belongs in the pro football hall of fame about as much as Forrest Gump's mother.NYCVandyMan wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2019 10:24 pm AD Malcolm Turner has some special ideas==or at least new ones=== on how to celebrate our #VandyBoys latest national chip. Re: Team Travel Plans Coming Home (VUAD)
The Vanderbilt baseball team will arrive back at Hawkins Field tomorrow at 12:15 p.m. The team will be dropped off in front of Gate 3 of Vanderbilt Stadium. Head coach Tim Corbin and select student-athletes will be available for interviews.
The athletic department will host a championship celebration in the VU Recreation & Wellness Center’s Fieldhouse at 4:30 p.m. We will open gates at 3 p.m. for our season ticket holders and 3:30 p.m. for the general public. There will be music and videos throughout the night; Joe Fisher will serve as our MC. We envision short remarks from each of our dignitaries, a couple of videos, a presentation of the championship trophy from you to Coach Corbin and then interviews with coach and select student-athletes. Following the program, the entire team will sign autographs for fans.
