ESPN App for TV
I am by no means a cable/streaming expert. My internet (Xfinity) is linked to the espn app for no extra charge (I was going to say "free" but nothing is free.) I get all of the games on TV using the ESPN app link. Commadore, have you tried?

Re: ESPN App for TV
Does your tv have Roku? Piece of cake to watch all the VandyBoys games on ESPN+ ($10/month)
Your TV predates Roku? You can get a Roku "stick" for about $20 now.
Not to mention the hundred and hundreds of other football and basketball games in the fall and winter.
