Loyola Marymount at 4:30
This is a three game series we should sweep.
They score 4.9 a game and we score 6.7.
We give up 3.86 runs per game and they give up 5.8, against much weaker opposition.

What’s the pitching situation after the Evansville marathon?
Not that it *should* matter due to the opponent but baseball is a funny game. And 17 innings is a lot of pitches.

To have a successful season this year (which I will define as winning more SEC games than we lose), our staff’s ERA will have to be no worse than 3rd in the league to make up for our lack of hitting.

Re: Loyola Marymount at 4:30
We get one in, but as usual we get runners on 2nd and 3rd and 1 out and have a K and a weak-ass bouncer to first. At least it is 1-1.
Who will pitch the 7th?

Re: Loyola Marymount at 4:30
But for the wild pitch the second baseman would have been back and that could have been a double play. Thankful for the WP. 2-1 VU.
