A great milestone for a great coach and person who has impacted baseball not only at the collegiate level, but also at lower levels more than a vast majority of fans realize; and possibly even Corbs himself.
Down here in S.E. Texas I'm seeing players from youth levels all the way into high school doing the foot stomp on home runs. I'm seeing players wearing VandyBoys t-shirts under their jerseys. A friend of a friend has a 13 year old who plays on a team where the players asked the coach to assign their numbers and not tell them why.
Greatness is infectious.
