We will make it to a Regional, but if we happen to get in the loser’s bracket… the season will come to an abrupt end.

Re: Ole Miss #3
I know both Reilly and Owen have good stuff and are good pitchers.
They didn’t have it today. And it did not take a genius to see it. We were utterly unprepared with other options in the bullpen. Let’s see if the ump starts screwing with OM now that they have an 8run lead?

Re: Ole Miss #3
That was a great at bat by Carter Young. Fouled off 4-5 good breaking balls, so the dumba$$ pitcher grooves him a slider. That power is why Young hits second despite all the strikeouts.
Re: Ole Miss #3
Noland bookended the inning with the second and third hardest hit balls of the inning. He stroked it twice and got 2 outs to show for it. Baseball...

Re: Ole Miss #3
This ump is giving OM pitchers pitches he is flatly not giving us. He is a hack.
But note how the different pitchers respond. Maldonado just stares back. At some point Coach may say something out on the mound.

We'll get much better umping in the NCAAs.

Re: Ole Miss #3
Ole Miss steals to get in scoring position with 1 out and geti their guy in. We have guy in scoring position with one out, but can't bring him in so 7-11 after 5
Re: Ole Miss #3
Maldonado looking like Don Drysdale, stalking up to the big guy at home! Maybe that extended stay in the batter's box and Nado's response will fire this team.up.

Previous Ole Miss hitter stroked one about 450 feet to left and stood in the batter's box a loooooong time watching it.

Re: Ole Miss #3
Murphy looks great. Corbs is going to have to consider our rotation. We are too good to have a 10 spot inning against us.
Re: Ole Miss #3
Balk? Might have been a good moment for Corbs to put up an argument, try to create a spark for this team. They are so consistently flat
