We cannot hit his slow curve even after 115 pitches we just swing and miss or look at it go by.

Kolwyk with his second great defensive play, maybe that will the spark to ignite this offense.

Big time throw to home to save a run.

Fisher in to pitch. We strand Bradfield who doubles as lead off with no outs and then leave him on 3rd .

I wonder how many times this year Bradfield has been stranded at third??

At least 1 too many: last inning being the 1.

I'm afraid this weekend has more grief in store. We can't score.

1-3 ends it. We had our chances but couldn't cash in. Pitching and defense were good enough to win, but offense fizzled

We don't have the lineup that can string hits together and we don't have "that guy" that the other team needs to avoid. Strike out way too much for the type of lineup that we have.

No expectation of success. Nailed it. Vandy Boy swagger seems to be. missing....

Passivity at the plate. How many called strikes, and not just third ones, with bats stuck on shoulders. Hard to understand lack of aggressiveness. Also:
As pointed out earlier in this post, no one seems able to hit a curve/off speed pitch.
Opposing coaches and pitchers clearly see this, and have us figured out.
