As of this week he's now qualified with enough plate appearances to be considered among the statistical leaders in NL batting. He's currently third (.335), behind Jeff McNeil of the Mets (.340) and Christian Yelich (.336).

I think I actually understood that article. Growing up, we didn't have BABIP numbers, but it seems to be a big deal now. ;)

I am happy for him. The Pirates are a team that I have no hate for (unlike a lot of NL teams), so I hope he keeps it up.
