lot of time left - will be interesting to see if we can respond with better relief pitching.

If our relievers can get anybody out, we should, at a minimum, win 10 of the next 15 SEC games, and really should win at least 11.

The schedule does begin to ease up a little beginning this week. Auburn will be tough, but at least it's at home. Missouri is improved, but that series is also at home. Alabama, UK, and South Carolina are all very winnable series home or away.

If we could just figure out a way to avoid playing on Sundays...

we could have the weather man call for rain every Sunday and then play double headers on Saturday - who can arrange that?

Baseball is a superstitious sport...and our new Sunday greenish-brown uniforms are not helping us very much. Ditch 'em mid-season and bring back the Red-White-Blue. Don't tell anyone about the switch and when the boys hit the field, I bet you'll hear a roar from the crowd. The military greens are hideous.

We play Auburn and Kentucky on Thurs night, so we won’t play on Sunday....we’ve got that going for us, unless we get rain and have to play on Sunday.
