Probably as upset as I've ever heard him.

Re: Corbin: "I should be fired"
He has really been frustrated with this team at times. I think he believes he has the pieces to go deep in Omaha, but days like this show there are flaws don't seem to be getting better. If Raby doesn't turn it around and the bullpen learn how to throw strikes, we won't get there.

Re: Corbin: "I should be fired"
"You’ve got to be greedy. Every game means something. It could count towards something at the end of the year," Corbin said. "You’re only as good as today. That’s it. I should be fired." So says Coach Corbin on video. Yes, he is really upset and obviously questioning his own management!

Even in losing (which did disappoint and concern me), this is why I hold Corbin in such esteem. He believes winning is the only acceptable result and is willing to hold himself responsible very publicly . He steps up and takes it - a classy guy.

Re: Corbin: "I should be fired"
Little bit apples to oranges there, don't you think? Yes, all teams lose, but that isn't a valid comparison. Go back and see how many two run leads the '27 Yankees lost in the ninth, or three run leads in the eighth.
