Paul
I was a doubter at the beginning of the year regarding Paul's ability to play SS. But I am willing to admit that I was very wrong. He may not be a defensive star at the position, but he has proven quite capable. Hats off to him. He made a play somewhere in the middle of yesterday's game, going to his left, that was terrific.

Re: Paul
I'm with you, geeznotagain. I didn't think he could make all the throws, but he has proven me wrong. He came here as a shortstop and got some looks there his freshman season before Corbs settled on Kaiser, so maybe shortstop is his more natural position. For some players, the throw from second to first is not an easy one. I'm so glad his move to short has been successful.geeznotagain wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2019 12:38 pm I was a doubter at the beginning of the year regarding Paul's ability to play SS. Fellows to be interviewed next inning. I am not sure what you all think, but these inning long interviews really interfere with my game watching experience. Yes, I like to hear what Fellows has to say, but for a whole inning? Same with Campbell. Next will be the coaches. I just want to see the game. You know?

Re: Arkansas - Saturday Thread
incredible start, but no scoring after 4th inning - still a huge win. If we win tomorrow we catch Georgia atop east
Re: Arkansas - Saturday Thread
In the couple of innings he was in, Keegan looked like the best catcher on the team. He's very smooth catching and framing the ball, though there was no opportunity to see his arm. He just looked comfortable and in control. I'd like to see him get some chances behind the plate when games are close.
