Our conference schedule was very much front loaded, although there are still many challenges ahead. I don't think there is a single game where we would be considered a favorite unless it is Sunday against A&M, and that depends on whether they get some of their injured players back by then. We know ours won't be back.
The six conference opponents we've faced have a league record of 33-6 and are six of the top-seven teams. The remaining seven opponents have a record of 11-32. That’s a bit misleading, though, since the schedule also features repeat games against three opponents we’ve already faced. We get no break there either as those three teams are UT (every year) and LSU plus Arkansas (rotating opponents). The combined record of those three is 18-2.
