Commitment No. 2 for 2024: Callahan Blair, 6-4 215 DE/OLB Clearwater-Calvary Christian, FL

Post by BrentVU »

Looks as though Vandy has found a tall edge rusher for next year's class... 134 total tackles last year (81 solo) and 8 sacks.

Had offers from Minnesota, Kansas, West Virginia, Liberty, among others... Vandy made its offer about 3 weeks ago.

I remember seeing a talk show years ago where the late Groucho Marx and Elton John were on the same couch. "Why is your name Elton John?" asked Groucho. "Seems like John Elton would have made a much better name." Elton just laughed.

Seems like "Blair Callahan" would have made a much better name, but what do I know? ;)
