And let's remember I'm 5-and-0 so far on predicting Vandy's commitments this year...
Running back A.J. Newberry, 6-0 200 from South Grand Prairie, Texas, has (wisely) de-committed from Colorado... this happened in the wake of his official visit to Vandy, and also with all the turmoil that happened over the weekend with Coach Prime. And it happens in the wake of Vandy losing Ray Davis to the portal.
It's all sounding very good for the Commodores. I think A.J. will be coming Vandy's way in the next couple of days. Meanwhile here's some film...

Re: Here's my prediction for Vandy's next commitment
OK, there's ANOTHER Vandy official visitor who's de-committed from another school within 24 hours after visiting Vandy officially... he's Misael Sandoval, a 6-6 315 O-lineman from San Diego (St. Augustine HS), previously committed to San Diego State...
It speaks to the coaches doing a very good job of salesmanship on these official visits. This was true last year as well, as there were (as I recall) three or four prospects (including A.J. Swann) committed to other schools who flipped after taking December official visits to Vandy.
