He was offered last week, visited for the Florida weekend, and announced his commitment in a ceremony at his school Friday afternoon. He had taken an official visit to UCLA but decided to stay nearer home. Also had offers from Kansas, Tulane, Army, and a large number of smaller schools.

He is commitment No. 16 for #GoldStandard23, and the third offensive lineman.
