No mention of his 4 games played in 2020 (redshirt year?) or that everyone got an extra COVID season for 2020. Can he get two free passes for the same season? Probably not, but if Mo Hasan can be eligible for seven seasons you never know for sure.
In any case, Ray was a Class of 2019 recruit to Temple and this is only his fourth season. The Rivals recruiting page for him lists Vanderbilt as a school of "Interest," but does not indicate a visit to Vanderbilt or an offer by the 'Dores.
