There's a new edition of The Anchor podcast out in which Allegretta and Kevin Ingram talk about their observations of the first practices, and Anfernee Orji sits for an interview. Listen to it here...

Meanwhile, here's what Allegretta tweeted after attending Practice 3 on Monday...

In this video you see a nice pass from Mike Wright to Will Sheppard, a duo that is likely to be very productive this season. But more interesting is the DB covering Sheppard: Jeremy Lucien, the transfer from UConn who has the experience and talent to be a starter.

I'm hearing that Lucien looks good, but also that a finally-healthy B.J. Anderson, a bulked-up fifth-year senior, is not going to surrender that starting corner spot without a fight.
