I agree. I feel that "in the grasp intentional grounding from a horizontal positiong three inches from the ground" ought to just be a fumble

When I saw the replay I thought there was a decent chance they overturn it. But I thought it wasn't obvious he had full control when he threw it. So was hoping it wasn't "indisputable", but clearly they thought it was.

Unfortunately it was the correct call. Exact same play in the UK-Uga game and was also correctly called there after replay overturn. UK retained possession and went on to score a TD

They gave Wisconsin the ball after the Army QB did something very similar (today).

The Kentucky quarterback actually threw the ball forward. It was clearly an incomplete pass. The South Carolina quarterback wasn’t throwing the ball. He flat out dropped it.
