I know they review targeting but I don't think I've ever seen a review to see if there should have been a regular old penalty call.

Even when the trick play doesn’t work - it gives the d something else to worry about. We score on the next play.
And it was a great block by Cam Johnson to set that up.
Big play, we are ahead. And now we will see if SC panics. But we need to jump that wide receiver screen fast.

Carolina is figuring out they should be running.
If we could score here - it would make a big difference. We can’t just run up the middle complacently.
