... an 11-9 team can go on the road to play the number one team in the country and take home a victory.
Happened today in Houston. The Cougars were 18-1 and ranked no. 1 by AP, Coaches, NCAA Net, CBS Sports, yada, yada, yada.
Temple was 10-9, including losses to Wagner, Penn, Maryland-Eastern Shore and VANDERBILT, among others.
Damian Dunn, who scored 38 points versus Vanderbilt, scored only 16 this afternoon, but the Owls held Houston to 3 points in the last 5:09 of the game to win by one point.
Vanderbilt is 10-9. We can beat a 13-6 Kentucky team at Memorial. And then maybe knock off a no. 1 Tennessee or Alabama team later in the season.

Vandy won't be allowed to beat Kentucky, I'm afraid.

Rough night for us. But it’s just one game. Onward and upwards!
