You may recall he had a brief stint with LA in 2021 before signing with the Kings and playing in Sacramento this past season.
It's a two-year deal, with the second year a player option.

In other NBA news, but not worth it’s own thread, Nesmith is getting traded to the Pacers

Might as well. Wasn't playing for the Celtics.Starkiller wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 2:52 pm In other NBA news, but not worth it’s own thread, Nesmith is getting traded to the Pacers

And now that they no longer have Brogdon, the Pacers could use a player of his sort. But he's on the last year of his rookie contract, so he really needs to fix his shot and show some ability to guard and/or create or else he'll be playing in in a different league next year.commadore wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2022 4:03 pmMight as well. The Lakers signing is a good move for Damian. I think Dwight Howard is probably done (and remains unsigned right now), so they'll need Damian to back up Davis and occasionally play alongside him in big lineups. Davis really doesn't want to play center, even though that's clearly the best use of him. So if that three-point jumper that Damian busted out late this past season is real (and why couldn't he have done that sooner?!), he could possibly move into the starting lineup. (LA is desperate for shooting right now, so a center who can space the floor is ideal. Luke Kornet would be a perfect fit for them if he was a stronger rebounder.)
