Payton Willis, who as a Freshman played 17.5 mpg on a team with LaChance, Fisher-Davis, Roberson, Cressler and Toye, has transferred for the third time.
Two years at Vanderbilt, then a transfer to Minnesota requiring he sit out a season, then a graduate transfer to College of Charleston. Now he has transferred again. What do you call this one?
I know the NCAA said you can transfer one time without sitting out a year, but this will be his second transfer without sitting out a year. Payton will have played five seasons in six years. If he's actually doing the classwork, Payton Willis should have a PhD before he leaves Minnesota.
Are there any limits to transfers?

Re: Are there any limits to transfers?
I believe one "free" transfer without sitting out a year, but graduating seniors had already, and continue to be, allowed to transfer for free (as it should be).
Presumably that was his second transfer?
