Poor kid(s). Geez, has any program in history had more key player injuries over such a short window? Memorial Mayhem.
It has been a remarkably bad stretch of talented kids getting hurt. No disrespect to Pippen, but Disu has been our best player in SEC play, and he looks like he has a future as a pro. I hope he gets it fixed and is back at VU for another year (or 2).
If/when Disu returns, I pray he can have the same level of athleticism and explosiveness. Unfortunately, some post-knee surgery athletes are never the same.
When did this injury occur?
So he had been playing with a meniscus injury? Wonder the severity

I read that it wasn't a sudden injury- sort of a nagging thing but they didn't want to let it go any further.
Oh...that's terrible. Will he retire from the sport now?
