Brandt had his best tournament of the 2020-2021 year so far. 72-67-72-68. Tied for 6th. For the most part and especially on Sunday, he drove the ball well - many of his tee shots were straight and around 290-300 yards. Because of the good tee shots, he had lots of short irons into the greens. On Friday, Brandt had seven birdies and an eagle, and today he had five birdies. Putting was good, as you would expect, but he was unlucky on many putts. He likes this course in San Antonio and it suits his game. Hopefully this positive outing will translate into more high finishes in tournaments going forward. Go Vandy!!
