We aren’t that big upfront after all. Our D linemen look like linebackers. Especially by SEC standards.

Re: Missouri tonight! (Game thread)

Football and now baseball, Missouri loves to keep the TV cameras too low to get a good angle on the field. Is this philosophical on their part? Do they think this is good? I have the answer: it isn't good.

SEC Network announcer says he just texted Lunardi "Where's Vanderbilt now?" and got a reply "4th team out" Ridiculous!!!! Lunardi isn’t watching. Sad. Anyone who watches these recent wins can see this team on a NCAAT floor playing their butts off to the buzzer. This team has bec...

I wouldn't pay it, and then when they claw it back from our annual distribution I would seek arbitration. In the meantime, I would lobby support from other ADs because no one in this league wants to be subjected to such absurd and arbitrary fees.

I’m not sure Wright has ever taken snaps under center. He might not have that talent.

I think #9’s name was Navin Johnson.

Re: QB ratings today vs. Wake

If Swann develops in practice and next Saturday, maybe we move Wright into a triple threat specialist goal line, pistol and reverse play situations. I think there is a way to get both of them on the field to maximize the talent we have. I don’t like how Mike played today but I like him, his talent a...

We do. Run game should get the edge vs. the pass, and I wonder if the randomness that wet weather creates might disrupt their decision making in their mesh offense / ball handling at the exchange.

I think our lack of pressure on the QB was a factor. Only 1 sack and few hurries. Puts a lot of pressure on the secondary.

Re: Thoughts on Vandy's record-setting opening WIN over Hawaii

Anytime a team scores 63 points and holds a team to 10, you can take some things away. 1. We executed on offense well. 2. We didn't quit on defense. 3. We didn't have any turnovers. 4. We swarmed on defense, which created luck and opportunities in fumble situations or when they threw errant passes. ...
