Joe is one of the best baseball announcers anywhere. He knows the game inside and out and his style was conducive to calling the games.

I think one of the coldest I remember was at Virginia Tech in 1989. There was a 35 mile an hour wind out of the North end of the stadium. We lost 18-0 on 6 field goals that were all kicked with the wind.
It was low 30s but the wind chill made it really cold.

That sounds great to me. I will be there with my boys on Saturday night. It will be fun. We moved here a little over two years ago and the Bama fans have been nice to us. We will see how it goes on Saturday.

It takes about 36 hours to get reasonably acclimated to the altitude. That means you are about 90% of full endurance after that long. The remainder takes several more days to get there but the initial jump is close in that time. I hope that we play better this weekend and don't let this be another a...

For non conference games, there has not been a limit on dressing players. This is for conference games where the limitations start. I think someone with military experience and the discipline which comes with it will be helpful to the team and the coaching staff, even if he is just a practice player...

One of my buddies is an MSU graduate and sent me the news this AM about it. Supposedly the BB coach hooked up with the football recruiting coordinator who followed Mullen to FL. I don't know if this is all of it or even if its accurate but that is what he told me. He has not told me wrong before so ...
