I'm against cancelling everything and everyone that makes someone upset. It's a destructive response. In the same way we chastise a child for taking their toys and leaving when they're upset. Crucifying people you think are wrong does not fix problems. Investment in relationships does.

Hmm. I disagree. I think "your record in close games" reflects the maturity of your team, not the planning of the coach. That's why senior led teams tend to excel at that.
