Challenges for Kentucky
Northern Illinois had a 14-point lead over Vanderbilt in the second half last weekend but allowed Vandy to score 24 unanswered points to win the game by ten points. The Huskies suffered a devastating loss during that when veteran quarterback Rocky Lombardi left the game with an injury in the second quarter. Backup quarterback Ethan Hampton finished the game completing 12 of 19 passes for 124 yards, 2 touchdowns, and an interception. This is a game Kentucky should win as long as they show up focused and hungry for another victory.
