Central Michigan Season so far
Central Michigan, like UK, hasn’t played a game yet in 2018. Last season the Chippewas finished the season 8-5. CMU’s best win was a 45-27 victory at Kansas. They played Wyoming in the Famous Potato Bowl, falling 37-14.

Challenges for Kentucky
Last season UK came out sputtering against Southern Miss and Eastern Kentucky (yes, EASTERN Kentucky). Thankfully they pulled those two out. Looking at the CMU game, the Wildcats need to make a statement and kick the door in, as legendary Oilers coach Bum Phillips used to say. That might be difficult since the Wildcats will be breaking in a new quarterback, JUCO transfer Terry Wilson. He is a dual threat type, similar to now graduated Stephen Johnson but un-battle tested in the FBS. Guys like Benny Snell and others on offense can help Wilson by doing their jobs and then some. If UK falters against CMU it could be a long season and the beginning of Mark Stoops’ end at Kentucky.
