There has been some justified critique of the coaching staff this year but I think we are now seeing their strengths. Lea had recruiting in mind when he hired some of these guys.
Ex; I was looking at his resume and wondering at the Raih hire. Then I read that he was a massively successful salesman, enough so to amass a small fortune and "retire" to pursue a career in coaching. Salesmanship superpowers matter in this game.
I can see some staff reshuffling is called for, but it's clear these were not just clueless hires.

Re: Coaching staff
I'm really not expecting any changes in the staff this offseason. Could it happen? Sure. But I'm not expecting it and I'm also not clamoring for it. They learned throughout the year and they are performing during the recruiting closing period.
