Devastating: this is why it is so hard for colleges to sign top candidates: pay day comes early and an injury can keep it from ever coming. Corbs gets some, but this shows what he is up against.

History has shown that those headed for TJ fare rather well in the draft. Think Buehler at #24, and JT Ginn got a $2.9m signing bonus last year, among others. The problem for Hill is he has a history of arm trouble and a relatively short track record to go on. The stuff is there, and perhaps the upside, but he's done very little in terms of actual production to justify the lofty ranking.
